Content License & DMCA
Ownership
Every video in our libraries is an original work produced by us and owned by VIS Mountain Marketing. The videos, narration scripts, transcripts, and thumbnails are the property of this domain (medicalexplainer.org).
Licensed embedding
Practices may display our Learning Centers and videos on their websites only through our official embed under an active license. Licenses are per-practice and per-domain, are non-transferable, and may be suspended for non-payment or misuse. Copying the embed code to an unlicensed domain does not grant playback — and does not grant a license.
Attribution
Standard and Pro licenses include "Powered by MedicalExplainer.org" attribution as delivered by the embed. Removing or obscuring attribution is a violation of the license.
What is never permitted
- Re-uploading our videos to YouTube, social platforms, or any hosting service.
- Downloading, screen-recording, or re-encoding videos for redistribution.
- Presenting our content as your own work.
